In Italy there are care centers, research institutes and hospitals, where there are professionals who are familiar with Desmoid Tumor and Gardner’s Syndrome and who are able to treat the patient directly or, in the most complex cases, they can refer him/her to the so-called “poles of excellence”, or the best Centers in Italy, in terms of experience and knowledge of this disease.
